Timothy A. Williamson, Esq.

Tim was admitted to the Rhode Island Bar and the United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island in 1989.

Tim received his Bachelor of Arts Degree. from Rhode Island College in 1986 and his Juris Doctorate Degree from Creighton University School of Law in 1989.

Tim is a member of the Kent County Bar Association, the Rhode Island Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice.

Tim concentrates his practice in the areas of criminal and civil litigation, Family Court - Domestic Relations, municipal law and labor relations, 

Mr. Williamson has been the Town Solicitor for the Town of West Warwick since 2001. Additionally, he has represented individuals in a variety of matters through all of our state and federal courts, including appellate courts and administrative hearings both at a state and local level.

Tara received a Bachelor of Arts Degree. from the University of Rhode Island in 1993, a Master’s Degree in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York City in 2002 and her Juris Doctorate from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2007.

Tara is a member of the Kent County Bar Association, the Rhode Island Bar Association (member of the House of Delegates), and the American Bar Association.

Tara's areas of practice include Family Law -Domestic Matters, Civil and Criminal Litigation in both state and federal court, Juvenil,e Criminal Matters, Debt Collection, Landlord/Tenant matters.
